The Founders

Erin Rosas, NCIDQ and Jessica Pineda founded Jade Collective Interior Design with a shared commitment to creating interiors that feel refined, purposeful, and deeply considered.
The name Jade Collective is drawn from the names of our children. A private acknowledgment that the people we love most are the foundation of everything we create.

Our process creates clarity at each stage while leaving room for creativity, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making. Each phase builds on the last.

Discovery to Concept
We get to know you, your home, and what matters most, then shape the overall look and feel through mood boards, palettes, and early selections.
04 — 05
Refinement to Coordination
Layouts, finishes, lighting, and materials are refined and documented, and we stay involved with contractors and trades through execution.
06 — 07
Installation & The Reveal
Furnishings, art, and accessories are placed with intention, and we walk the finished space with you, ready to be lived in.
